Al Horiya Office Building project involved transforming an existing concrete structure into an office building with a featured penthouse.

The main concept is to design an iconic building that stands out from its urban context.

A combination of modern and Victorian styles was used in the design, featuring bricks and glass as the main design elements.

The building has a clean, modern design, with fairfaced burned red bricks. Windows and curtain walls allow for bright natural light to flood the office spaces without the glare of the direct sunlight.

The contemporary design idea focuses mainly on the use of materials and the urban interaction which are the fundamental characteristics of the works.
