Oil Energy Office Building

The project is intended to create a new office building, for Oil Energy Company, that will house the various departments which form the company along with a leasable office space.

The typical and end goal of the project is to create an environment that will foster a comfortable workspace and boost productivity.

A realistic and pragmatic approach was used, considering a wide variety of influences such as context, planning sustainability, massing enclosure forms and materials.

The project is a 13-story core and shell project with a two-story underground parking area. The ground floor is a devoted reception space. The second is reserved as parking space which can be accessed by a car lift on the side of the building. The rest of the floors are used as office space.

The building is mainly a combination of concrete structures with a curtain wall that envelopes the building from all four sides.
