The local authority of planning strongly believes that family community parks are essential to the surrounding areas creating a safe space for both physical activities and leisure.

The Parks provide gathering places for families and social groups, as well as for individuals of all ages and economic status, regardless of their ability to pay for access.

It also provides the surrounding area with green spaces which positively impacts the micro-environment by mitigating the effects of pollution and reducing a phenomenon known as the urban heat island effect, which refers to heat trapped in built-up areas.

The proposed project design also consists of a water pond feature, playgrounds, picnic areas, indoor & outdoor recreational facilities, event space and walkways.
