Specialized Councils Office Building

The twelve-floor building tower is designed to meet the concept of the biophilic design theory. The project is developed to accommodate different specialized councils each in an independent floor.

The modular trend concept is adopted to give a dynamic free space while focusing on future extensions and internal arrangement.

The main building’s floors are divided as follows; the ground floor serves as a reception and features a cafe for both visitors and employees, the first floor which offers multiple meeting rooms for the different departments, the rest of the floors serve as an open space office and the roof which features an open restaurant for the employees to enjoy.

A 300 m² separate conference hall is adjacent to the building with direct accesses from inside the main building or directly from the outside.

The project also has a sub-level and ground-level parking areas for the users and visitors of the building.
