Sudan Academy For Administrative Sciences

The project is intended to create a new educational building, for the Sudan Academy for Administrative Sciences, and will house the various administrative sciences departments which are required for the higher educational purposes the building is intended to serve.
The typical and end goal of the project is to create an environment that will foster a comfortable learning process.
A realistic and pragmatic approach was used, considering a wide variety of influences such as context, planning sustainability, massing enclosure forms and materials.
The project is a 13-story core and shell project with a conference hall building attached to it’s main building. The project also includes a separate 2-story library building and an underground parking area.
Further more the project features a roof terrace between the main building and the conference hall that adds a touch of luxury and creates a space for the building’s users to socialize.
