Madani New Town Roads Design

Madani New Town was developed to provide a new residential neighborhood with a range of infrastructure and community facilities to ensure that the new road network is designed to be integrated with the existing road network and to be seen as an integral part of the district landscape .

Great urban design requires a sense of balance with attention to specific attributes which includes, traffic, utility, environmental permits, drainage system and the latest design codes and regulations. It also requires careful planning for smooth and safe flow of vehicular traffic and pedestrians.

The full extent of the work carried out by the consultant includes the following elements:

• Design of all season integrated road network within the neighborhood.
• Provision of improved access to the proposed project from the main highway roads.
• Design of the landscape and the visual character formed by the roadside landscape, streetlighting, road signs and pedestrian walkways.
